Warranty & Return

Before we deliver an order, we perform a quality check on every outgoing order as standard. During this inspection the articles and their quantities are checked.

If your product does not (or no longer) function or is damaged, we recommend you to consult our FAQ page (Frequently Asked Questions) of the relevant article.

The reflection period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Within this period of 14 days you should report your return, this should be done through the online 'Return form'.
To do this, please go to 'My Account' and 'Service'. Here you can choose your specific item for return by selecting it. Only items mentioned on green marked invoices are eligible for return.
All our products come with a standard two-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This purchase date can be found on your invoice.
All repairs are covered by a three-month warranty, as far as it concerns the same defect and this has not been caused by incorrect use.
By default, you may receive your product within 4 weeks at the latest.
Of course, this period depends on several factors, for example the delivery period of necessary spare parts.
If this period of 4 weeks will be exceeded, you will receive a message from us.
